    How long will it take to receive my purchase? top

    Most of the time items ship in 3-5 business days.  During the holiday rush and graduation rush (April-June), items may ship in 1-2 weeks.  I update how long purchases will take to ship on my Processing Times Update page and also give an estimated shipping date in the personal Thank You email sent after receiving your order.

    USPS estimates First Class Shipping as taking 3-5 business days and Priority Shipping as taking 2-3 business days for delivery depending on location.  We are located in Ohio.  We guarantee our Ship By Date but can not guarantee USPS delivery date.

    We are not able to start setting up the personalization for your order until we have all the details required. If we receive an order with information missing we will send you an email requesting the missing info.

    We are not responsible for order delays from us not being able to get in touch with you. Please check your email messages. We do not refund/cancel orders that are delayed.due to missing order information.  If customer does not respond to missing information inquiries, the monogram will be stitched as shown in listing pictures.

    Shipping/Delivery Issues top

    Seller will not be held responsible for orders that have been scanned in as delivered by USPS and then missing/stolen from your porch or mailbox. This is theft and should be reported to the USPS and police by the customer.

    Seller is not responsible for USPS damage, delays or lost packages. However, Priority Shipping items are USPS insured.  We will do everything we can to help the customer find the package and will help in filing damaged item or lost package reports.

    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Due to all of our items being personalized or custom made just for each buyer, we do not accept returns. However, we do guarantee our products to be free from defect or error. Please Contact Us if you believe your item has a defect or a monogram error.

    Where do I put the personalization info for my item? top

    Please put all personalization info in the Text Box on the order page. You can also Contact Us via email.

    What is the correct monogram format? top

    INDIVIDUAL MONOGRAM TRADITIONS
    Same Size Letters: first letters of their first, middle and last name, in that order.

    Larger Middle Letter: first letters of their first, last and middle names, in that order. The surname is always the centered, largest font.

    COUPLE MONOGRAM TRADITIONS
    Surname initial in the middle and first letter of each individuals first name goes on either side of the surname initial.

    **These are the more “traditional monogram rules,” there are no right and wrong ways to create monograms
